Did you know that the reason for the hammer heads shaped head is to help them swim and keep afloat. If a hammer head shark stops swimming for too long, it dies, so in order to keep alive it must swim at all times!

It’s also evolution being clever. Because of the far apart placement of the hammerhead’s eyes it can see much wider and farther to the right and left then any other shark. This helps with catching prey and spotting potential predators.
